Group Classes:

Monday – Friday: 5am, 6am, 7am, 4:00pm, and 5:30pm

Saturday:  9am

 

Open Gym Hours:

Monday – Thursday: 10am – 4pm and 6:30pm – 9pm.

Friday: 10am – 4pm.

Saturday:  10am – 2pm.
